Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog - Two bedrooms - 1 double with a TV (located on the first floor) - 1 twin bedroom (located on the second floor) - Bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC (located on the second floor) - TV , DVD and Netflix in the lounge - Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, slimline dishwasher, and washing machine - Due to both steep and winding staircase, unsuitable for under-5s and people with less mobility. - Electric and heating included - Wi-Fi included - Parking permit provided for cars only (no vans etc) in the nearby Church car park (There are restrictions with the parking permit on Sundays) - Seafront, pub, and shops all within walking distance - Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging. - Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements. - There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars.
