We bought the property in 2015, and spent 15 months renovating and refurbishing from top to bottom, we opened in September 2016. The whole building was replastered and redecorated, all the fixtures and fittings renewed or replaced, but the the original character of the building was retained. The result is that the flats meet the exacting standards of a new build, and have the latest thermal and accoustic insulation. They are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, new kitchens and ample storage space.

The village of Brockenhurst lies in the heart of the New Forest National Park. We believe the New Forest is a special place for revitalising and rejuvenating and recovering from the stress of city life. Brookley Road is the village high street, which retains the spirit and flavour of days gone by, with mainly independent shops and cafés, but with the added convenience of 2 small supermarkets which are open till 11pm. You can easily walk or cycle into the Forest from the property, and there are several excellent pubs and restaurants within walking distance. You can hire bikes at the top of Brookley Road, at Cyclexperience located in the station car park, and 8 minute walk away. There is a family owned bakery where you can buy fresh bread and freshly made sandwiches, an excellent local butchers shop, and an independent fruit and veg shop.
