22 Waterside Cornwall is a delightful lodge on a holiday park, 2.5 miles from the village of Lanivet and close to the town of Bodmin. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double with balcony and a ground floor twin with en-suite shower, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's a patio with picnic bench and many on-site facilities, gym. 22 Waterside Cornwall is a welcoming base with plenty to ee and do in the area. Please note: This can only accept a Saturday check-in. 26th MARCH 2023 – BODMIN PARK UPDATE PARK - Lodges are open, the site looks good and see below for clubhouse changes. Inside: All facilities have re-opened the pool looks great, as does the new steam room and changing rooms. Please note the bar & restaurant are closed every Tuesday & Wednesday. Go to reception to sign in but there should be no cost for using most facilities. Outside: Fishing Lakes are open, as are: Footgolf, Tennis, Segway and Escape Room. Lanivet is a small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops.
