This bright and spacious 4-bedroom home is located in a quiet cut-de-sac with lots of green space surrounding the property. Features: 1st Bedroom (1st Floor): King-size bed ,bedside table ,wardrobe ,a chest of drawer and a cosy chair with easy access to a full bathroom, shower and toilet. 2nd Bedroom (1st Floor): A small bedroom with double bed and bedside table. 3rd Bedroom/ Master (2nd Floor): King-size bed, ensuite shower room, wardrobe, bedside table study table and a cosy chair. 4th Bedroom (2nd Floor): A double bed, a bedside table and a cosy chair ideal for a cozy night's sleep. Fully Equipped Kitchen: A spacious, modern kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave and ample storage. Lounge & Entertainment: Seating for 6 (1 sofa + 1 sofa bed), Smawith Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Private Garden. Front and backyard CCTV operate for the safety of the guest and property 24/7. Free Parking: One designated space (#23) with additional visitor parking (subject to availability) or street. Travel cot available upon request on extra charge. Bedroom access based on number of guests. Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, however access is based on the number of guest added during booking.Please add the correct number guest while booking. If you’d like access to all bedrooms regardless of group size, just let us know in advance. Security & House Rules: CCTV Cameras are in operation front and backward for the safety of the guest . No food or drinks on the beds. No smoking inside the house. No parties or loud gatherings, we welcome guests who appreciate quality accommodation and respect our neighbour's. Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly, however please let us know in advance as there would be an additional charge of (gbp25) per pet. A refundable damage deposit is required as a security hold before check-in. It is not charged in advance and is fully refundable after check-out if no damage.
