Buffet was really good on both breakfast and evening meals as. Room was great, staff were very friendly. After previously staying at the sister hotel, the drift inn, our expectations weren’t that great but we were very pleasantly surprised and just found the experience at the willow training center to be so much better. Staff were great!

The owner was fantastic answering my very long lists of questions... They made themselves available for anything we may have needed during our stay. The house was lovely. Spotlessly clean and equipped with more than we needed. We had loads of space and the private garden was perfect for family visiting us and for our dog to play. The toiletries provided was a really nice touch too.

It was a great base to visit family in surrounding areas. The rooms were big. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was quiet, removed from other places, but easy to get to food and services. We would stay here again.

It was all a shambles. Room had no toilet roll or soap.

It was all a shambles. Room had no toilet roll or soap. Bedside cabinets had been removed leaving holes in the wall. Replaced with a dirty extremley dusty round table. Blanket on the bed I wouldn't have allowed my dog to lie on. Finally got toilet roll and soap after asking three times in an hour. Spa facility wasn't open which was not disclosed on the website. Very poor choice of food, none of which was fresh.

St Neots is lovely because of the river, not bad for shops...

St Neots is lovely because of the river, not bad for shops and pubs too. Nice market square, and choice of restraunt’s. It was particularly good for us as had family living in Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire not far away.

Gone down-hill in the last few years and no decent shops. As with most small towns, completely overtaken with charity shops, vape shops and barbers.....a real shame as we used to love a stroll into the town

Lovely town with many lovely places to eat, and quite a few shops to browse. We ate at The Barley Mow, where the Sunday Lunch was fantastic. Also ate out at the Akbar Indian Restaurant, where the food was very good and well priced. On our final day we ate at Bridge House, where we sat in the garden, overlooking the river. It was beautiful :) The food was fresh and very tasty and the staff were lovely.

If you're visiting Bedfordshire or Cambridgeshire, this is a very good base, easily accessible via the A1M. St Neots is a nice littel town, a few good restuarants, coffee shops and not too far from Cambridge.

Overall the resort is well presented.

Overall the resort is well presented. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was however uncomfortable as was easy chair. Breakfast was dissapointing. Luke warm and plates not thoroughly washed. Coffee very watery

Lovely apartment, in a quiet spot overlooking an outlet of the river. Free parking right outside. Fantastic location a minutes walk from to market square. Apartment fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Outside area with table, seating and BBQ, would be fantastic on a summers evening, though we went in December, so did not use the outside space. Met the owners who were at another holiday let and they were a very friendly couple. Amazing

The location was excellent, just a short walk into the centre of St Neots and virtually next door to Lidl to grab supplies. The ground floor was extensive with a large kitchen, utility room, dining room and lounge. Both bedrooms were doubles with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious with both a bath and a shower, shower products were included as well as a hairdryer and plenty of towels.

The Gym and Pool facilities were very good. The Y-Spa facility was excellent. The room was a good size, comfortable and it included a number of extra. The food in the bar / restaurant was of high quality. Checking in and checking out was extremely easy. This hotel seems to have thought of everything to make it a happy stay for its guests.
