Enjoy a truly relaxing stay on the ever popular sundowner holiday park in our fully refurbished chalet. Sundowner is a very quiet site where you can enjoy a drink outside on the south facing front aspect or watch tv on the comfortable leather sofas. We have a bath with a powerful shower over it, a double bed and bunk beds and all the items needed for a self catering holiday. Electricity is via a coin meter so you only pay for what you use and there is credit when you arrive. There is also a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and haribo, 2 toilet rolls and some cleaning products. Bedding is supplied, but not towels or toiletries.
We are Sarah and Ian, and we own bulldog holidays chalets 243 and 244 on the sundowner holiday park. Both have been renovated completely in 2022 with the aim to provide clean, comfortable and welcoming places to stay for your holiday. As dog owners we understand you may want to bring your best friend along for your stay and sundowner is one of the few dog friendly parks. We wanted to offer the type of accommodation we would like on our holiday and hope you enjoy it too.
If you are looking for non stop night life this is not the place for you. Although the site doesn’t have a club house or shop, these can be found across the road and a pub, chip shop, cafe, diner, amusements and bingo are on the same road. Take the short cut at the top of the road to Hemsby beach road for even more amenities. Hemsby is a small bustling traditional sea side resort with mini golf, arcades, trampolines, rides, shops and loads of places to eat and drink. There is a beach a short walk from the chalet, and Great Yarmouth is a short drive away.
