The detached chalet is set in a lovely location where the children can play safely on the well maintained grassy area (no ball games allowed though) while you relax. We are happy for your dogs to join you on your holiday but they must be on a lead when accessing the site and clean up behind then as per site rules, there is a secure dog anchor outside the chalet so they can be outside with you. The property is comfortably furnished and equipped with appliances that can enable you eat, relax within the chalet when not accessing the local facilities. The property is non smoking inside the chalet and has a double and bunk bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. There is plenty of car parking close by and no restrictions in place. We do supply duvets and pillows only requiring you bring your own linen and towels. The property is run by an electric meter which take both one pound and two pound coins and emptied after each stage. We do not add any standing charges and is set at the unit rate we pay. The main town and beach is approximately 1 mile from the site 5 minutes by car 17 minutes walking. There is no entertainment on site but you can access the club and facilities on the other sites around Sundowner, shops and take-aways and a local pub with food and large tv screens on Newport road as well as plenty to do in the main town. The beach is a lovely sandy beach accessible from the main town.

Close by there are clubs offering Live entertainment with free entrance and if you are a bingo fan you are well catered for , Bars, shops, Launderette, Amusements, all this surrounding the site and only a few minutes’ walk away the rolling sand dunes and wide sandy beaches. if you are using the chalet as a base you are about a 15 minute drive from Great Yarmouth, where there are Cinemas, Wave Pool, Night Clubs, Discos, and of course the famous Yarmouth Shows, featuring Top Line Stars. Inland a short drive you will find all the peace and quiet of the Norfolk Broads, which offers Boating, Fishing Bird Watching and splendid Walks. Norwich is about 40 minutes away and if you do not have a car don't worry as there are busses to get you where you want to go (bus stop about 100 yards away) so everything is within easy reach
