The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, single, and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a multi-level garden with furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.5 miles, a beach. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens.
