Offering spacious holiday accommodation, the property has four bedrooms (two en suite) and a family bathroom. The spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area is ideal for socialising with family and friends. Off road parking is provided for one car and wireless broadband is available. Bunk beds are for children only. This property will accommodate a maximum of six adults. Please note the parking for this property is on an incline. Strictly No Smoking Unfortunately plastic, metal and cardboard recycling is unavailable at the property due to the waste disposal services available for holiday lets.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
