3 Thurlestone Rock is a first floor apartment, situated on the edge of Thurlestone Sands beach. The property enjoys a large living area, with sweeping ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony. With three bedrooms (a King-double master suite, and smaller double and a twin rooms), and two bathrooms, the property sleeps six guests. With a shared heated swimming pool and direct access to the coast path, 3 Thurlestone Rock is a perfect property for couples and families. Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from late May to late September each year (subject to change). An Aune Valley hamper is supplied, including milk, bread, eggs, juice etc, to all high season guests with compliments of the owner. No swimming after 9.00 PM Barbeques not permitted on balconies/patios. No trailers, boats, caravans etc. Strictly No Smoking

The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.
