37 The Salcombe is a wonderful family holiday property situated within Salcombe, Devon. There are two bedrooms in the third-floor apartment including a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds with an en-suite shower room and a king-size also with an en-suite shower room, sleeping six guests in total. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with a private balcony. Outside are communal gardens and a shared outdoor swimming pool, as well as a designated parking space in the car park for one car and mooring. 37 The Salcombe is a beautiful holiday home to base your escape to the coast. The Family bedroom is located across the corridor from the main apartment. Perfect for teenagers This accommodation is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from end of April to late September each year (subject to change). Allocated parking space for ONE car only. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Please note there is no longer a mooring available with this property.
