4 Golden Cross Guesthouse is historical listed building locate in the heart of Oxford, and is within 500 metres of University of Oxford. This 4-star guest house offers free WiFi, self-catering kitchen dining area. Free coffee, tea and cereals and bread to fresh your day. Guests can enjoy great location. All units are equipped with an oven, microwave, a kettle, a bath or shower, free toiletries and a desk. Rooms include a shared bathroom with a hair dryer. At the guest house, the rooms are fitted with a seating area. It's a historical building but we tried to maintain a good standard of living styles. It's a listed building with full of history. The original structure on the site dates from 1193, when it was called Maugershall after the then owner, and consisted of shops with an inn on the upper storeys. The building structures now on the site date from the late Fifteenth century. when they were used as a traditional coaching inn. You live in full history and heritage building, you will find historical timber joints with uneven floor. We hope you will enjoy the experience.
