Just 5 minutes from the A1, you’re within easy reach of beaches, castles, countryside walks, and charming market towns.
We’ve owned our caravan since 2019 and absolutely love visiting Northumberland from our home in North Yorkshire as often as we can. Our Labrador, Bailey, shares our excitement — he never misses the chance for his favourite thing: a long walk, especially along the beach! Mark recently retired after a long career on the railway, Shirley works as a postie, and I’m self-employed in the cleaning industry, where I’ve proudly worked for over 18 years. As a family, we love exploring the local area and have truly fallen in love with everything Northumberland has to offer. Over the past few years, we’ve been busy making the caravan as comfortable as possible — from a brand-new sofa in the lounge to the air conditioning we had installed in October 2023 (which we really look forward to enjoying during the hot summer days). We’re also very lucky to have our wonderful cleaner, Alison, who keeps the caravan looking its best whenever we’re back home in North Yorkshire
