Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog - 5 bedrooms – 1 super-king-size, 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twins on request), 2 king-size, and 1 double - 3 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, 1 shower room with WC, and 1 en-suite shower room with WC - Aga, electric oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher - Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Travel cot and highchair available on request - Underfloor heating throughout - Shared games room attached to property next door, available upon request, an additional £50 fee payable direct to owner - Enclosed garden with patio area and bench seating, terraced garden with steps, furniture and outdoor bar area - Shared use of enclosed dog field - Private parking for maximum 4 cars only - Shop and pub less than 1 mile, train station 400 metres - Please note, the property is located on a working pig farm. There is a shared gravel drive with another holiday cottage at the rear so dogs must be kept on leads unless in the enclosed garden or field - Holiday cottage next door attached to the games room for hire if necessary at additional cost (the pig barn) to take the property to a sleeps 12- ideal for grandparents. - Please note, group bookings may be checked to ensure the purpose of the stay is for a holiday, and where relevant, a security deposit may be requested - Maximum of 10 people allowed at the property at any time due to insurance limitations.
