3 bedroom family home located in a quite area and just a 5 minute drive from Telford Centre as well as the international Centre and near to the M54 and the University campus. The Space includes: Large open plan lounge and dining room with Kitchen and ground floor toilet. 3 Bedrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Then a further double room and single room. an additional bathroom is available. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and includes a washing machine and fridge freezer. A down stairs toilet is next to the front door on entering the property. All bed linen and towels are provided for guest during the stay. High chair and travel cot is available for guest to use so please e ensure that its suitable for your own personal use. Smart TV in the lounge and bedrooms and WI-FI is available. Guest have the use of all internal space as well as a private garden to the rear of the property. Parking is available at the property at no additional cost.
The property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with local shops and a pub within walking distance ( 10 minutes). The property is located within a mile of junction 4 of the M54 and a couple of miles from Telford Central train Station. The property is ideally located for the international centre, Telford Centre and the Princess Royal hospital is approx 12 minutes drive by car.
