Lovely one bedroomed apartment in the heart of the English Riviera , 2 minutes walk from the beach. Fantastic location in Paignton . Our apartment overlooks a heated swimming pool which is available from May - Sept, we also have gardens to sit in. The apartments are 62 in total and we are a small gated community for holidays and residential so our apartment is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties. Family orintated, we have secure gates and also secure allocated parking space. It has one bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. Sofa bed in the lounge . Most suited for couples or couple with two children.

We hope you find it clean and comfortable and treat it like it's your own home for your stay .The apartment is so close to all amenities . The beach is very close by . The complex is ideal for families. The heated pool is an added bonus as is also the secure parking. Thought I would just let you know about us .We try to live life to the full. We love to travel and we hope to have some amazing adventures in the future. We work and look after animals so their owners can go on their holidays , which is great to be able to give them a break and also we do get to take care of so many wonderful animals from the smallest to the largest. My love of horses which is a lifetime passion is also forfilled a we look after many peoples horses. We hope to travel more in our campervan and also we have a love of sailing. walking , cycling and spending with our amazing family. Paignton is a beautiful seaside town on the English Riviera situated between the lovely coastal town of Torquay 3 miles and the old fishing village of Brixham 5.5 miles away. Paignton has a picturesque harbour , restaurants, pubs ,shops full of delights and gifts for all. The coastline offers stunning views and so many opportunities for walkers and cyclists, rugged clifftops and rolling meadows of South Devon and the beautiful picturesque Dartmoor and its villages are all on your doorstep. Paignton zoo is a great attraction or a boat ride to Torquay or Brixham is available from Paignton harbour, Cockington and its lovely gardens , thatched village and cream teas or if you fancy a horse carriage ride. There is a land train from Paignton to Babbacombe along the coast for a spot of sightseeing and shopping. Paignton offers everything for all the family , such a great location with so much to offer for all the family all year round.
