It is a detached house which can sleep up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 twin bed and a bunk bedroom). The master bedroom has an en-suite. Family bathroom upstairs and an additional downstairs toilet. It has a superb secure garden which looks onto woodland. Wood burner stove — ideal for relaxing after a day out. A light, open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors leading into the garden, great for social meals or morning coffee. High-quality furnishings, double glazing, and efficient heating for comfort in every season If you are looking for a central location but quiet it’s the perfect place to relax. We are a dog friendly property and do not charge as they are part of the family. (please be aware the pictures will be updated as the rooms are being re-done). Amenities include washing machine/dryer, freezer, double oven to cater for cooking for 8 people, dish washer, television (SKY tv), free WiFi and a cot and high chair are available. Garage access allowing plenty of space to store equipment such as bikes and Ski’s. We will accept special requests to store motor bike or small classic cars. All linen and towels included.

It's a great option for families or couples who either want to relax or involve themselves with the many outdoor activities on offer. it's only a short walk from Aviemore's town centre, surrounded by the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
