It has a solid wood flooring in living area, ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathroom and fitted carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. The location is quiet, yet is a few minutes walk down hill to the town centre and harbour where you will find The Princess Theatre, and the pleasant waterfront walks along the marina. The popular Fleet Walk Shopping Centre is also close by. You will find numerous restaurants and bars on Torwood Street and around the inner harbour plus upmarket restaurant, just a-1 minute walk away in Parkhill Road.
