My cute city centre terraced house is ready for your exclusive use within the historical city of York, UK. Agar Street is located less than 5 minutes by foot from the infamous York Minster. My property is warm, inviting, modern & cosy, everything that you need after a busy day exploring to provide you with a home from home stay. I provide bed linen, towels, tea/coffee/fresh milk. **please note that the bathroom is downstairs. Most guests arrive into the city by train. The station is a 15 minute walk away or just over 7 minutes in a taxi. If you are arriving by car please note that there is NO FREE PARKING provided. You will be able to unload/load outside of the front door however traffic wardens regularly patrol the area so please do not spend any longer than ten minutes parked outside. Nearby public paid parking is available at Monk Bar car park YO31 7QR and is a 2 minute drive away and only a 1 minute walk. Further details will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Agar Street is minutes from the bustle of the city centres pubs, bars & restaurants. The neighbours appreciate respect from my guests for the area by keeping noise to a minimum both inside and outside of the property, particularly in the courtyard. The city of York is generally safe with little crime however, as with all cities, keep your belongings with you and be vigilant at all times.
