Although located on a main road, the house & rooms are very quiet due to the thickness of the walls. The property has a warm and friend feel about it and, We pay attention to detail and are always willing to help our customers. *REDUCING PLASTIC*. We try where possible to reduce the amount of plastic we use. There is local information provided in the tourist area and maps are available. We are conveniently located close to the main route (A9) traveling north or south in the highlands. There is a pub only 40 meters from our front door (The Fluke) which sells a large selection of good quality food. We are only a short 20 minute walk from the city centre where you will find a huge variety of pubs, restaurants and shopping areas. There is also a bus stop only 50m from the house with regular busses into town. If you want to go Nessie hunting, Loch Ness is a short drive.
We are here for you, if you are unsure what to visit or where to go we can give you advice, just ask. We can provide you with your own private and safe guided tours of the highlands by car or mini bus, see our website for details, a full day out could include: 1. Distillery/whiskey tour 2. Isle of Skye 3. John O groats 4. Culloden battlefield 5. Various locations on the beautiful west coast 6. Why not design your own tour, we’re happy to advise We can also provide bike hire, including **ELECTRIC BIKES** with a range of 30 miles, ideal for local exploring. Our ELECTRIC BIKES are unisex and also fold down to fit in your car, ideal for a drive/cycle day out. Why not drive and cycle the famous Loch Ness or the beautiful Cairngorms national park which is very bike friendly with miles of easy to navigate bike tracks. We provide helmets, locks, lights and maps. ** ALL BIKES ARE THOROUGHLY SANITISED BEFORE USE**
