in this Newley refurbished townhouse property you will Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. set over 4 floors. basement is where you will find full laundry facilities and a large American style freezer to service the patio area. ground floor hosting a family kitchen and dinning area with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite. the mid floor hosts 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and the family bathroom is situated on this floor. the 3rd floor hosting a large living space with superking size bed and ensuite and also a sofa and sitting area. we have 4 levels of accommodation giving a feeling of seclusion and privacy if required. there is also a patio area to the rear

there will be a contact number for any queries and also menus left from our local café for breakfast or lunch which can be delivered if required

You are right in the heart of the community with shops and restaurants within walking distances and you also have walking distance to a local pub. 10 minute walk to the train station where Edinburgh and Glasgow can be reached within 30mins. we are also 5 mins from the M8 motorway and 10 minutes to the M80 where you can reach Stirling and Perth in both 30 and 50 minutes. there are local parks where there are good walks and cycling all within 10 minutes from the property. There is ample on street parking with no restrictions
