Alma House is an attractive, three-storey, stone-built cottage situated in the small village of Reeth near to the town of Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There are three second-floor bedrooms: a double with Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room, another double, and a twin, also serviced by a first-floor bathroom and ground-floor cloakroom. There is a first-floor kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The first-floor living/diner consists of a woodburning stove and Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Load/unload outside property only. Parking is available on the village green. Secure bike storage. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles. The village of Reeth rests at the northern tip of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Reeth boasts a colourful history as it was originally a Saxon settlement. Reeth is well-served by traditional inns, with three to choose historic market towns of Richmond and Leyburn are also within easy reach.
