Also excellent transport links if you wish to leave your car behind. Steam trains, main line station, cycle hire, regular Bayline buses, coach trips, boat trips etc. There are many superb fine dining resturants, fish restaurants and a variety of mid-range and family restaurants nearby. We specialise in catering for coeliac and dairy-free diets. This area has numerous restaurants, cafes and shops that provide GF food. We are near the superb South West Coast path and numerous other walks. Well-behaved dogs welcome too - but bookings that include dogs cannot be booked on-line. Please ring us to make these bookings . We provide everything you need for dogs and there is a small charge so that we can keep the rooms to a high standard. We also advise on the most appropriate room for your needs. Dog-friendly beach near-by. Tall Ships, Bay View and Sky are not dog friendly. We have 2 family rooms plus one you can put a z-bed in, we do not take children under 4. For leisurely times take a stroll to the beach and hire deckchairs or from the harbour take a boat trip along the coast. (Huge amount of boat trips and water activities). Ideal base for touring: Explore Dartmoor, the cities of Exeter and Plymouth and many gardens and heritage properties to enjoy. Bedrooms include: luxury rooms with showerbaths, ground floor rooms, singles. Six rooms have sea-views, all have DVD players and either Freeview or Satellite TV. All have wi-fi internet access. We do not accept stag or hen groups.

We are located in a quiet area of Paignton - Roundham Head. The property overlooks Goodrington Sands and many rooms have views across the bay to Brixham. Superb base for touring South Devon and into Cornwall with the major cities of Exeter and Plymouth approximately 1 hours drive away.
