Twin bedroom with ensuite shower and loo on ground floor. Sitting room with TV, table and chairs, fridge and microwave sink and sofa and arm chair on ground floor ,separate but part of Broomfield Barn Electric heating, well insulated. ideal for single person who is out mostly. Small garden to sit . car parking close by. To find the Annexe please follow the sign for Broomfield Barn off Trap road, this will lead you around the back of Broomfield Barn, continue to the left and turn immediately right and you will find the key in the door. Please ring on arrival. .
Theatre, Clonter is 3 mins by car. Reading, music, ballet. jazz Painting, Workshops at Clonterbrook ,oils and watercolours. Allie Pottinger and the Waterside studios.
Beautiful gardens, stately homes. Inspiring walks Woods and fields, very peaceful. Close to local pubs.
