We live on site and are always around. Our phone numbers are in the welcome book, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you are going to have friends/family visit please let us know, so that we know who is around on the property and we would appreciate it if you let your guests in the main gate.

Property info

Formby Cottages are located on a small equestrian centre. Four legged friends are more than welcome, just let us know when booking. The cottages are south facing and open on to green space where our animals, ponies,pig, ducks,chickens and sheep are able to roam free and are very friendly. Children must be supervised at all times and we ask that you seek advice before feeding any animals. Doggy guests are asked to be kept on a short lead and we ask that they are not left unattended in the property. There is a small exercise area on the property and can run off lead outside the gates as it is a bridle way.

Neighborhood info

It’s a beautiful location and perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast. Formby has some lovely pubs, restaurants and coffee shops and a beautiful beach
