This two bedroom duplex holiday apartment benefits from beautiful south facing sea views from the private dining balcony and spacious outdoor seating area. The upper level features an open-plan living / dining space and a fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a super king bed which can also be split into 2 singles if requested A newly fitted bathroom is off the hall, and the rear king size bedroom has an en suite shower room.

This exceptional location is on the South West coast path and a couple of minutes from Seaton beach. Facing South, the uninterrupted sea, sand and hopefully sun stretch as far as the eye can see. The beach can be seen from your balcony and has miles of rugged coastline to explore at low tide. We even have our own little footpath that takes you down to the sea wall and steps down to the beach. Mount Brioni is in South East Cornwall on the less well known quieter South coastline dubbed 'Cornwall's forgotten corner'. Located in Seaton, next to Downderry, this area of coastline is surrounded by rolling countryside and a riverside walk. It is home to one of only four Countryside Parks in Cornwall. Within walking distance, two pubs and two bar/restaurants will give you plenty of choice without getting in the car. The local farm shop can supply the essentials as well as good breakfast. Further afield the North coast is only just over an hour away and there are many other places to visit. The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and lovely National Trust properties such as Cotehele and Lanhydrock are all with in easy reach. Plymouth is just over 30 minutes away and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro a short drive along the coast. Most people tend not to venture too far and just enjoy the peace and lovely views available from the apartment.
