Apartment 3 is set inside the rear of a renovated Victorian church. Completely renovated to a high standard, with both bedrooms en suite, the kitchen/Diner has a breakfast bar with bar chairs and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The sitting room boasts a smart 43" TV, with Netflix and full access to WIFI. This apartment was completely re built and renovated in 2016 and offers a modern decor, double glazing, large showers, and gas central heating all on ground floor. CCTV is always in operation. Cars can be parked at the Cambrian Car park in Oswald Road for two pounds 24hr fee (just a 2 minute walk)., or outside the property gates from 6pm - 8am or earlier if a space can be found (not on yellow lines). There is a small seating area outside the property through the iron gate outside the kitchen window a table and 4 chairs, ideal to enjoy a cup of tea in the fresh air. Lepones Italian Restaurant is to the front of the Church and is open 6 days a week from 11am-10pm and offers Lunch dinner, coffees, snacks and takeaway meals. Guests can benefit with 10% discount on all takeaways and meals taken in the restaurant

The Apartment is to the rear of a beautiful renovated Victorian Church, Coney Green park is just to the left of the property and the town center to the right. Oswestry boasts a varied shopping experience, selection of restaurants, railway museum, busy markets held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Has a large modern leisure center with full length pool. Tennis and bowling available in the main park. Oswestry is on the border of Wales and has some spectacular scenery and has an ancient Hill fort within walking distance of the apartment. Also the famous Orthopaedic hospital is only a couple of miles outside.
