I traded 5⭐ hotels for a cosy, family‑friendly woodland escape. With years of hospitality experience behind me, I'm now all about warm welcomes, relaxed stays and a touch of Highland magic. Outside hosting, you’ll find me exploring new places, experimenting in the kitchen, or attempting a Parkrun with enthusiasm if not speed.
Set in the heart of the Belladrum woods, with trails beginning right on the doorstep, Ardmara is the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. A must‑visit during your stay is the dog‑friendly Gorse Kitchen — just a 10‑minute woodland walk away. Renowned for its sensational vegan food, they serve delicious plant‑based breakfasts and lunches daily and often host special events that are well worth checking out.
