Our family company, Albero Properties is based near Loch Lomond, one of the ‘must see’ destinations for visitors to Scotland. We aspire to provide comfortable, well-appointed apartments for business travellers and holidaymakers who are exploring this beautiful area. Comfy beds, excellent wifi and lots of little extras will make you feel totally at home. Our great love of the outdoors and time spent in Italy inspired us to name our company ‘Albero’ (pronounced ALbero), which means ‘tree’ in Italian, and each of our apartments is named after a tree. We look forward to welcoming you.

Aspen is on the 2nd (top) floor of a modern block of 6 apartments, built in what was formerly the garden of Cairndhu House, a mansion designed by renowned architect William Leiper.
Surrounded by maintained gardens with ample private parking, Aspen is a spacious and well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment with fabulous views of the Clyde Estuary and the surrounding hills. Being on the edge of Helensburgh and set back from the waterfront, it's in a peaceful location.
There are 2 double bedrooms each with ample cupboard and hanging space. The smart bathroom includes a shower over the bath; paraben-free hand-soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. In the kitchen, there's a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.
There are wonderful views of the Clyde estuary from the light and airy sitting/dining-room. There's space to work (if required), excellent wifi and a smart TV, plus books and games.
Faslane is 10 minutes away & trains from Helensburgh to Glasgow & Edinburgh run every 30 minutes.

Helensburgh is an elegant coastal town, with lots to see and do, plus great shops and restaurants, just 10 minutes from Loch Lomond and 40 minutes from Glasgow. It's ideal for holidays and business trips.
