Awel Y Llan is a detached cottage set in the village of Llanfair in North Wales. It has five bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, another double and three more twins, there is also a family bathroom and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a spa suite in an external building with a sauna and a hot tub, adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment can be stored,plenty of off road parking and surrounding lawns. Awel Y Llan is a homely cottage in an excellent location for exploring an incredible area of North Wales. Note: Electric vehicle charging possible with 25 cost per week using outside 13 amp plug (not rapid charger). Note: Electric Vehicle Charging - there’s a Sevadis MaxiCharger AC 7.4kW (Type 2) on the spa outbuilding wall – you will need to install the Monta Charge app, and remember to bring your own charging cable

This village is a base for walks in the countryside. Harlech, a World Heritage Site is 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its castle.
