Balmeanoch is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Callander. It houses three bedrooms, comprising a ground-floor double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to five people. On the ground-floor, you will also find a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Please note that there is a step between the lounge and the kitchen /utility area. There is also a step at the external door. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with furniture. Please note this property is accessed via a long farm track, please proceed slowly.
