At Barns Serviced Accommodation we offer our guests a hotel quality stay, with a boutique feel and guaranteed guest satisfaction. Renovated in April 2021 all our rooms now have en-suite facilities ,high speed wifi, mini fridges and HD smart tvs (Netflix/Iplayer etc). The Victorian B listed property is based in one of Ayr's conservation areas, at the property we have 3 rooms all based on the ground floor. When staying with us all guests have full use of our kitchen, seated areas. back patio and garden areas. We are located within a 5 minute walk of the beach, train station, bus station and town centre. We offer an express check-in service providing door codes before arrival to allow guests to check in at anytime after 14:00. If you require an earlier check in or later check out please let us know.

Family run serviced accommodation with experience going back a generation in the hotel trade. We take pride in being able to offer our guests the best possible stay at a competitive rate. Barns Serviced accommodation unlike other accommodation providers in Ayr does not have live in staff with certain areas of the property unavailable. We are bespoke to our guests needs offering unrivalled peace and privacy. We the owners live above the property and are available anytime and are always happy to answer any queries you may have or provide you with local information and our own recommendations. Quiet period residential area in central Ayr. Within 5 minute walk of Ayr's Bus/Train Stations, Ayr Town Centre, Highstreet, Taxi Rank and Beach. Also within walking distance of multiple local Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs and Coffee Shops. We have space for motor bikes and push bikes and are very popular with bikers. Ayr Racecourse (1.3 Miles) Popular area for golf with multiple world famous golf courses such as Royal Troon and Turnberry close by. Great transport links to Glasgow and Prestwick airports. Historic experiences Alloway (2 Miles) Robert Burns / Tam O Shanter.
