I have supported services, teams, and individuals with a strong focus on trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, clear boundaries, and respectful communication. Alongside this, I have built strong consultancy and operational management skills - planning, organising, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly - so guests can relax without having to chase information or worry about practical details. What I love about hosting is creating the kind of stay I wish existed more often - calm, clean, well organised, and genuinely welcoming. I pay attention to how spaces feel, not only how they look. I aim for a balanced, feng shui friendly layout, soothing décor, and simple comforts that reduce stress - especially for families, older guests, and people who experience anxiety, low mood, ADHD, autism, or sensory overload.
