It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking. Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable 300GBP deposit (with a small, non-refundable 5GBP fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable 30GBP damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to 300GBP during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

Upstairs, we have five generously sized bedrooms, offering both privacy and flexibility for different group setups with stunning original features. This includes our standout master bedroom, featuring a luxurious en-suite shower room and an airy, relaxing atmosphere. Additional bedrooms are equally spacious and beautifully styled, with further bathrooms and en-suite facilities ensuring convenience for everyone. Our home is in a fantastic area, just a short walk from the charming centre of Evesham, a historic market town set along the banks of the picturesque River Avon. Evesham is an amazing place to enjoy independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs, and riverside walks, as well as scenic cycling routes through the surrounding Vale. You’ll also be perfectly placed for exploring the wider region. The rolling hills and honey-coloured villages of the Cotswolds are just a short drive away, while cultural and historic days out await in Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare.
