Please note, this property is for those that are looking for a relaxing, tranquil retreat - this property is NOT to be used as a party place. The space consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 with superking beds, 2 with king beds and a twin room. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suites, including a large standing bath and a his/ her shower. The open kitchen/dining/living area is surrounded by bi-folding doors which provide some really breath-taking views of the Norfolk Countryside. The property itself comes with all amenities for all ages, including Fusball, Board games, a smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix and a hot tub. House rules, Strong fines for each rule broken: - No Pets - No smoking (300 fine) - No drugs - No fires - No parties - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking at any time unless pre agreed - No unauthorised late check-out or early check-in - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys will result in a house rule being broken - Additional cleaning fee for BBQ use - No “loud” music to be played outside - Leaving the hot tub in unfit state/misuse - All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for accidents or injury as a result of using the hot tub. - No use of hot tub between hours of 22:00 - 07:00
