The parking spaces are limited to accommodate standar family-sized vehicles only this excludes pickups. Furthermore NO commercial vehicles of any size/type are permitted. The gates will open automatically on approach for exiting. A small picket gate is on the opposite side of the lawn from the parking space, about 50m away via a gravel path and is signed Flower & Bell Cottages. Please note the main Dinham Hall, The Garden House and the main large lawned garden area are private. Access only through this garden. Through the picket gate there are two steps down to a gravel path on a slight decline and five more gentle steps with hand rail down to the cottage mews. Bell Cottage is the second and last and adjacent to Flower Cottage.
