It is the ideal for large family gatherings or events. The designer kitchen with breakfast bar and TV seating area leads onto a 14 seater dining room. The cinema room with its 50inch screen is ideal for screen time chilling. Luxury 6/7 bedrooms (arranged as twins/ kingsize to suit) offer high end hotel standard beds, the downstairs designed for full disabled/wheelchair access wth en suite wheel in wet room. This room has its own entrance. All bed linen and towels are sourced and laundered through a hotel laundry company to ensure the highest quality. Our large but cosy 'blue room' with wood burning stove offers space for all to gather and sit. There is extensive out side space and grounds with the use of a large field to the left. A trampoline and outdoor table tennis table ensure all year round activities in a secured area By request (plus cost) and we can offer personnel trainers/ wellness packages with our partners plus on site beauty and massage therapy. ( village circuit bus stop near the property - good very regular service). The villages offer popular surf and sea side shop, cafes and grocery stores. Chichester Marina (12 min drive) also boasts a great restaurant/ cafe and shops. The City of Chichester with its famous Cathedral, Festival Theatre, the Pallant Gallery and numerous shopping, restaurants, cafes and markets is 12 min drive away. The famous Goodwood Estate is an easy 25 minutes away so the Lodge is ideally placed for its Festival of Speed and Revival events. The stunning CAS Art Outdoor Sculpture Park is next to the Goodwood Estate and well worth a visit. National Trust Gardens of West Dean , Walks in the South Downs, and East Head Nature Reserve (West Wittering) are all easily accessible from Bell Lodge .
