Water mill in picturesque setting with lake and woodland, nestling at the foot of the Chilterns. Games room, tennis court and fishing. Licensed for Wedding ceremonies.
I started my B&B business 40 years ago. I enjoy wildlife, gardening and sport. My family have lived here for 10 generations.
Whipsnade Zoo and the London Gliding Club are half a mile away. Guests can walk to the village of Edlesborough where there are shops and an excellent cafe open 7 days a week. A 30 minute walk from Edlesborough church will take them to the Rose and Crown at Ivinghoe which is an excellent pub which serves good food and does take aways. Dunstable Downs Rushmere Park and Ashridge are great places to walk and Wendover Woods are only 20 minutes drive. There is a good train service to Euston from Tring.
