Property info

Although we have 5 bedrooms & lots of room, we limit the number of guests to 7 in total. We are 500m from the town center, 500m from the Lake & have parking for 3 cars. Breakfast is available next door at Crow Park Hotel. Rates are discounted for smaller group numbers, unfortunately we do not accept pets. We are local people and can give advise on walking, cycling, sight seeing and car drives, We dont claim to be the best or cheapest but offer geat value and a friendly service.

Neighborhood info

Quiet residential area overlooking the mini golf course towards Catbells & the Derwent fells. Skiddaw, Blencathra, Latrigg & Whinlatter mountain bike area are all withing 20 mins.

Keys are to be collected/deposited at the Crow Park Hotel two doors up the road from Berkekey House.

Please note for Bed & breakfast bookings, Breakfast is served at the Crow Park Hotel, two doors away. During quieter times rooms may be moved in to equivalent rooms at the Crow Park Hotel.

The £300 security deposit does not apply to bed & breakfast bookings.

Keys are to be collected/deposited at the Crow Park Hotel two doors up the road from Berkekey House.

Please inform Berkeley House of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
