We have two houses to offer. Firstly our larger house with room for 8 guests. This has 3 king size bedrooms and 1 twin. What makes it perfect for groups is the fact that all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms so offering privacy to all the guests. The ground floor is comprised of a comfortable lounge and kitchen/diner along with a downstairs toilet. Our second property is next door, but totally separate, and has room for 5-6 guests. It is comprised of a downstairs king size bedroom and bathroom along with a kitchen/lounge area opening onto a small, private courtyard. Upstairs contains the main king size bedroom as well as a small room with bunk beds (most suitable for children/teenagers) and another bathroom. Each property has central heating, professionally laundered bedding and free wi-fi. These houses are in a perfect location being just ten minutes walk from the historic city centre via the popular 'Bishy Road' and also within easy walking distance of the train station and racecourse.

We are sisters who have spent our lives in and around York and we are keen to make your stay in York as enjoyable as possible. Whilst we do not live at the properties, we are close at hand and look forward to welcoming you to our city – our constantly updated welcome folders can be found in both properties highlighting what we personally feel York has to offer including pubs, restaurants, what’s on as well as practical information on directions and car parking. We love the city and hope to persuade you to feel the same!

Our properties are ideally situated to take advantage of everything the historic city of York has to offer but with the advantage of also being somewhere peaceful to retreat to at the end of the day. Located in a residential area, they are approximately a 10 minute walk from the train station, York Racecourse and a 2 minute walk from the award winning ‘Bishy Road’ with its popular cafes and independent shops. Having walked along Bishopthorpe Road you will find yourself 5 minutes away from the historic city centre.
