The living areas in this reverse-level holiday home consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dining table four six with TV, there is also a first-floor sitting room with TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor twin and a bunk room serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. Outside there is off-road allocated parking and access to communal grounds with seating areas, barbecue area and ponds. Dog-friendly, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair available on prior arrangement. Slapton Sands is a two-mile stretch of beach in the heart of the South Hams in South Devon, and the pristine quiet village of Slapton is just inland from the nature reserve at Slapton Ley. The Queens Arms is located in a beautiful, tranquil area and is home to two fantastic eateries. The beach, which goes all the way to the town of Torcross and is popular with families, is patrolled by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) during the summer months, and attracts people from all over to see the wildlife that lives there. Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, and Salcombe, three of the area's most well-liked towns, are conveniently close by. A perfect place to relax on the beach or go for a walk.
