Company info

We are a couple who run 4 holiday houses in Dalnabay, Aviemore. We live close by so are on hand should our guests need anything or we can be of help during their stay. We aim to provide our guests with a good value holiday home that is a home from home. All our properties are very well equipped, with everything you should need to make your holiday as easy as possible. The properties are very clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Each property has its own private garden, driveway parking, storage shed and BBQ.

Blaeberry Cottage is a warm, bright & beautifully presented semi-detached cottage situated in a quiet no-through road close to the centre of Aviemore, right on the Speyside Way. It is a perfect location for exploring this area - village centre is only 5 minutes walk along a footpath bordering the Strathspey steam railway on one side and fields on the other, with views of the Cairngorm Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 5. There is a fully enclosed garden with BBQ, driveway parking & secure storage shed. All our cottages are excellently equipped, in a wonderful location and offer a real home from home for our guests. There is a bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Neighborhood info

We absolutely love Aviemore and believe this specific location is the best place to stay in Aviemore! Wonderful views, safe, quiet area, yet only a short walk into the village. Our holiday cottages are located directly on the Speyside Way, so walking and cycling from the doorstep is very easy. There are various activities accessible by foot/bike and many more by car. Inverness is only 40 minutes drive away and Loch Ness is within 1 hours drive.
