Our semi-detached cottage is perfect for a holiday or short break with family or friends in which to enjoy quality time together in comfortable, homely surroundings. The living area comprises comfortable seating with a feature log burner and a large dining table, enabling sociable dining and playing of card and board games in comfort The kitchen is very well stocked with a wide variety of cooking equipment, a large fridge freezer, a microwave, a slow cooker, and a variety of store cupboard essentials. A Dolce Gusto machine allows you to enjoy delicious coffee at the touch of a button Cleaning equipment, including a Shark cordless vacuum and mop are available for your use, if required. On the upper two floors, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, including a king-size bed, a double bed, and bunk beds. The bathroom is modern and spacious with a powerful shower. Soap, shower gel and shampoo are included. A small patio area offers an area to relax outside, with a table and chairs. Books, DVDs board and video games are provided for your enjoyment.

We live in the Midlands but thoroughly enjoy spending time at the property ourselves, when we get the opportunity to. I take great care to ensure our guests feel very much at home as soon as they arrive, and experience a high level of comfort and cleanliness whilst feeling appreciated and cared about.

Bodeinion is situated in the heart of the small town of Nefyn. As you explore the neighbourhood, you will find Spar and Premier convenience shops, a community pub, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, a milk and milkshake hut, a hotel serving evening meals and Sunday carveries, a sports bar, a pizza and kebab takeaway and an Indian restaurant. The picturesque beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. A few parking spaces are available on the approach road. There is a well stocked cafe opposite. Toilets are situated half way down. The Welsh coastal path can be picked up at various points but a lovely hour's stroll to the famous Ty Coch inn on the beach at Porthdinllaen can be accessed from the top of the beach approach. Follow the path to the left instead of proceeding down towards the beach. The nearest fuel station is in Morfa Nefyn, which is only a few minutes' drive away. Pwllheli is the nearest main town. This is a 10 minute drive across the Peninsula and features a variety of larger supermarkets and independent shops,as well as a beautiful beach and harbour. Other nearby towns include Abersoch, Caernarfon, Llanberis and Aberdaron.
