Bowness Guest House is a traditional Lakeland slate property built in 1860, comprising 5 ensuite guest rooms over 4 stories. Each guest room is tastefully decorated and includes comfortable beds and occasional chairs, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower including complimentary toiletries. There is also a smart TV and free wifi. We have one dog-friendly room. If you are bringing a dog, this room must be specifically booked, as all other guest rooms cannot accommodate dogs. Here at Bowness Guest House we have a relaxed and laid back approach to life. We feel everybody works to hard and we don’t get the chance to fully unwind. Therefore, we don’t make you get up for breakfast - not everybody wants a full English breakfast anyway!! Have a lie in and relax - you’re on holiday.
