I am a backpacker, no frills, rucksack on my back and I am happy. Water out of a well, no electric or running water and that is me. So having known life like that, I appreciate luxury and I can give you all that and more and am happy to serve you with a 5 star rating of affordable luxury. I wish to give you, what I love about travelling, meeting people who are strangers giving you the kindest of help on your journey. I hope I can give that to you, meeting all your needs to make you feel comfortable. Strangers are friends you haven't met yet .... so to arrive as a stranger and to leave as a friend is all what this energy is about!

My space is a testament of all my years of travelling. I am happy to share that with you. So nothing here is bought from Ikea, not clinical looking in the least. It is a cosy, warm, comfortable, relaxing bolt hole, 2 double bedrooms in my home meeting all your needs with a 5 star affordable luxury - whilst on the road. Super fast wifi, flat screen TV, Netflix, comfy double bed in the privacy of your own room. Instant hot water shower or bath. Use of kitchen, fridge, cooker, microwave, cupboard space, washer for long term stays. This is your home away from home. Own key, free on street parking and cycle storage. Next door is a 2 bedroomed self contained house for rent as a whole or as 2 separate bedrooms. Within walking distance there is a 24 hour Tesco supermarket 7 minutes away. 4 takeaways 2 minutes away. Lovely big park nearby for jogging or running. Park Run organisation run there every Saturday morning. You can also traverse the park if walking into town and a great place for walking your dog. The self contained house is pet friendly. Bradford centre 10 minutes away by car/bus. Great place for short term contract workers or long term. One night or 5 months!

My neighbourhood is inner city living. Nearby is a 24 hour Tesco supermarket, 4 takeaways and more, 24 hour grocery shop and ATM, bakery and 2 halal butchers a few minutes walk away. Take away food is Chinese, Indian, Pizzas, Caribbean, fast food Chicken. Also a lovely big park for walking to town or jogging. Only 5 minutes walk away, a great place for walking your dog. Park Run organisation run there every Saturday morning if you want to join in with them. Gym and cricket field as well as a mosque are at the bottom of the park. All the houses are around 100 years old, terraced cottages, back to back old stone houses. Doctors surgery and chemist 5 minutes walk away. Bus stops 7 mins walk away. Taxis are cheap 5 pound from the house to the town centre. Free on street parking. All amenities nearby. True North of England living. Great for black and white street photography! Near the town centre, near the M606 motorway, this is strategically a good place to stay with access to all amenities, unlike the town centre which closes down after working hours. People live here, so security is safer than in the town. Great for short term contract workers, tourists or events.
