My house is a period detached property set in an acre of grounds, built in about 1900 it is has many Edwardian characteristics, I have decorated to reflect the period of the house but it also has modern features like a walk in shower. Please be aware that my property is not disabled friendly. There are steps up to the front door and a long flight of steps up to all rooms. No rooms are available on the ground floor.
I live on site with my dogs 2 friendly labradors who I don’t allow upstairs in the property and who won’t meet the guests unless they wish to meet them!
My property is situated on the edge of the village of Eglingham, very quiet location and surrounded by beautiful countryside. it is only a 5 minute walk to the village pub which serves food and local ales and has a lovely beer garden. I am only 10 minutes from Alnwick and 20 from Rothbury. Lots of great walks locally and the beach is only a 20 minute drive away.
