Our beautifully presented 1 bed cottage, has a king size bed and a double sofa bed. A travel cot and high chair can also be provided. Located within a minutes walk of the popular market town centre of Brampton. There are a range of good quality shops, cafes, pubs and more on the door step.We are also ideally located to explore Hadrian's Wall, Lake District & more. You will receive a free welcome pack including a pint of milk, starter tea and coffee, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, dish clothes and tea towels. All bed linens, towels and electric are included within the price. There is a small walled garden with bistro table leading off the kitchen. While there is no off street parking at the cottage there is a free long stay car park just around the corner. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Any damages must be paid for.

Ideal location to enjoy the local activities and attractions or travel wider to the Lake District, Durham, Newcastle and Northumberland. Hadrian's Wall one of the most iconic tourist attractions in England is just two miles away including Birdoswald Roman Fort. We are ideally located for cyclists and walkers to get out and explore more of the surrounding areas with. Talkin Tarn Country Park, just one mile from the cottage has level walking trails ranging from 1.5km to 3.5km, along with a children's play area. Gelt Wood is another popular spot with ramblers and wildlife enthusiasts. Overlooking Brampton is a Norman motte complete with a statue of the 7th Earl of Carlisle and the panoramic views from the top of the mound are a sight to behold. Brampton is a market town just nine miles east of Carlisle and is accessible by either road or rail. In the centre is Moot Hall tourist information centre to help plan your stay.
