Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a small drop from patio to garden.. Regular visitors to Keswick will appreciate the excellent location of Briar Rigg as a base for a Lakeland holiday. Situated on the edge of town, and therefore in a more peaceful location, it is still only 10 minutes’ walk through Fitz Park to the town centre. The footpath leading to Latrigg and Skiddaw starts outside the property, with an inn and café both only 400 yards away. Keswick Leisure Pool is at the opposite end of the road and the property enjoys very easy access off the A66. Briar Rigg is a four bedroom, semi-detached property with the added benefits of three bathrooms, a conservatory, a garage and shed for bikes, as well as a good size garden, parking for four medium size cars and additional on road parking. The accommodation is both stylish and comfortable and is equally suitable for two families or groups of walkers. Shop and restaurant ½ mile, pub 400 yards. Free WiFi
