About your hosts We bought the property in January 2018. We have spent the last 20 years in and around Brighton and as Scott was originally from Exeter is it was our dream one day to create a home and great accommodation in this beautiful part of the world. The property was trading as a small hotel previously and was in desperate need of some love to bring the property back to life. Scott is a Chef and has lots of experience in hospitality and Alistair has a back ground in interior design and branding, so between us is we have perfect recipe to create something special for our guests. We are perfectly located to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. Our B&B is in Malborough, a small vibrant coastal village just outside of Salcombe – the jewel in the South Hams famous for its beaches, sailing and stunning coastline but the whole area has something for everyone and is easily reached. Our nearest sandy beach is just 2 miles away at Hope Cove.
