Although currently without WiFi the lodge has excellent mobile 4G connectivity (Vodophone). Bifolding doors open onto the patio area directly overlooking the loch. The lodge overlooks a small private loch providing a beautiful tranquil setting. Only a 15 minute stroll to the fabulous Kirkstyle Inn which offers fantastic food and drink, precluding the need for a taxi. The local town of Auchterarder offers a large selection of excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. Horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and falconry are all available at Gleneagles and the lodge is also within easy reach of a number of historic castles, stately homes and whiskey distilleries.
